After scanning the marina area, we will walk over the bridge to Villa Angela. We will look for fall migrants in the stands of trees, bushes, and overgrown fields. We will also scan the beach for gulls, shorebirds, and waterfowl. On our way back to the parking lot, we will bird the trail that follows the shore of Euclid Creek. After the walk, participants may go out to lunch at a nearby location.

Sandy Ridge is a 310-acre wetland and wildlife preserve, divided almost equally between forest, meadow and marsh. From the parking lot we will follow the .5-mile Wet Woods Trail and then the 1.2-mile Marsh Trail, stopping at the observation mound for an elevated view.A spotting scope can be helpful but is not necessary. After the walk, participants may go out to lunch at a nearby location.

The 6-acre Rocky River Park is located on Beach Cliff Boulevard at Parkside and Falmouth Drive. From its observation deck on the 50-foot bluff, we will scan for birds on Lake Erie from the mouth of the Rocky River to Bradstreet's Landing. Our next stop is Bradstreet's Landing, a 6-acre park located on Lake Road (US-6) west of Avalon Drive, where will bird on the new 600-foot handicap-accessible fishing pier. After the walk, participants may go out to lunch at a nearby location.
