We met in the fisherman's parking lot. Warblers were scarce...
but we all had good looks at Brown Thrashers. Evening Primrose and...
Bouncing Bet were still in bloom. And off to the next location.
Mentor Lagoons was our next stop.
Heath Asters and... a few warblers were around.
It was a lovely walk through the trails. We did do some searching.
A mushroom here and... and Eastern Milk Snake...
...with some swamp mallow still in bloom. Larry and Ray deciding on Veterans Park next.
And some went on to Conneaut.
At Conneaut Harbor we had Sanderlings and Stilt Sandpipers to name a few. A Buff-breasted Sandpiper was wandering around by itself.
Lighthouse at Conneaut Harbor.
