CLEVELAND LAKEFRONT WINTER BIRDING TRAIL (PDF)

The Last Great Wilderness Project

This year the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is under attack, again. Come learn about the current political situation and why this Wildlife Refuge needs to be protected. Ohio's Alaska Coalition is bringing a dynamic presentation around Ohio, and we want you to join us in learning about one of America's last great wilderness areas.

Environmental photographer and conservationist Lenny Kohm, and Gerald Nukon, a Representative of the Gwich'in Tribe - will present the Last Great Wilderness Project in seven cities across the state of Ohio during the first two weeks of February.

Sat., Feb. 12th 1:30 p.m., Shaker Lakes Nature Center, 2600 South Park Blvd, Cleveland Sat

Feb. 13th 1:30 p.m., First Unitarian Universalist Church, 93 W Weisheimer Rd, Columbus

Tues., Feb. 15th 7:30 p.m., Shady Hollow Pavilion, 1750 Sand Run Pkwy, Akron

*The presentations in Cleveland and Columbus will be followed by an activist training session. Please contact Amy 614-460-8730,amy@alaskacoalition.org for more information.
